Listening
The first session is largely you talking. Understanding the specific shape of your routine matters more than any general model of habits.

No two people arrive with the same relationship to caffeine, and the approach here reflects that. The work begins with listening rather than with a plan, because a plan built before the situation is understood tends to describe someone else's problem.
How the work is approached
Across more than fifteen years and over 2,400 sessions, one thing has proved consistently true: people describe habits far more accurately than any framework predicts them. The person who drinks eight cups a day may be entirely comfortable with it. The person who drinks two may find that those two have become the only fixed points in an otherwise unmanageable week.
So the first task is always description rather than intervention. What does an ordinary day actually contain? Which moments feel chosen and which do not? What has already been attempted, and what happened? Only after that is there anything sensible to say about whether hypnotherapy has something useful to offer.
That last question is treated as a genuinely open one. Where an approach is unlikely to help, or where something would be better addressed by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional, saying so is part of the work rather than a failure of it.
The first session is largely you talking. Understanding the specific shape of your routine matters more than any general model of habits.
Goals are defined by you, in your own words, and can be revised at any point. They are not assigned, and they are not assumed.
Nothing about a caffeine routine is treated as a moral matter. Descriptions are more useful than verdicts.
Working with the cues that actually appear in your day, rather than the ones a general list suggests should.
What hypnotherapy may support, and what it cannot promise, are set out at the beginning rather than discovered later.
Building space between a cue and a response, so that whatever follows is a decision rather than a reflex.
Hypnotherapy Pvt Ltd
Hypnotherapy Pvt Ltd is the practice through which Vibha Jain works with individuals on habit and behaviour change, including the specific area covered by this website: the relationship people have with caffeine.
Enquiries are handled personally. When you telephone or email, you are contacting the practice directly rather than a booking service, and the first conversation is with the person you would actually be working with.
This practice offers hypnotherapy as a supportive or complementary approach. It does not present itself as a medical service, does not claim to cure caffeine dependence, and does not publish success rates, ratings or client testimonials.
Where information has not been verified, it is not stated. That applies to qualifications, memberships, awards and outcomes alike.
A first conversation is a chance to describe your situation and ask whatever you want to ask, without committing to anything.
